Shipping

• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

• Tracking: All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (both UK and International). You will receive a tracking number to follow your item's journey.

• Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [email protected].

Returns

• Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on resized rings.

• Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty). We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

• Exchanges: As our vintage pieces are unique, we are unable to offer exchanges.

• EU Customers: For orders under €150, we collect VAT and duties at checkout. You will not be charged any extra fees when the parcel arrives in your country. Orders exceeding this amount will be responsible for customs and taxes on arrival.

• US Customers: We collect tariffs at the point of sale to ensure a smooth delivery with no customs delays.

• Rest of World: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
